Rosie's Pastries & More – Online Orders
Welcome to Rosie's Pastries & More. By placing an online order with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.
1. Order Confirmation
All orders must be submitted through our approved ordering methods (website, social media, or direct invoice).
Orders are considered confirmed only after full payment has been received and successfully processed.
2. Payment Policy
Full payment is required at the time of placing your order.
We do not begin preparation, reserve dates, or secure custom orders without completed payment.
3. No Refunds or Cancellations
Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our baked goods:
All sales are final.
No refunds will be issued once payment has been processed.
No cancellations are permitted after an order has been confirmed and paid.
We appreciate your understanding, as each order is prepared specifically for you.
4. Order Modifications
We understand that plans can change.
Modifications may be requested up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled pickup or delivery time.
Requests made less than 24 hours in advance cannot be guaranteed.
Significant changes to design, flavor, size, or quantity may result in additional charges.
5. Pickup & Delivery
Customers are responsible for arriving at the agreed pickup time and location.
Once an order has been picked up or delivered, Rosie's Pastries & More is not responsible for damage due to improper handling, transportation, or storage.
Please follow any care instructions provided to ensure product freshness and quality.
6. Custom & Specialty Orders
Custom orders are uniquely crafted for each customer. While inspiration photos may be provided, slight variations may occur due to the artistic and handmade nature of our products.
7. Allergy Disclaimer
Rosie's Pastries & More operates in a kitchen that handles common allergens including, but not limited to:
Wheat
Dairy
Eggs
Nuts
We cannot guarantee that any product is completely allergen-free.
